Recent figures show that mental health difficulties are on the rise in Ireland. It has been estimated that around one in five people suffers from some form of mental health concern. In response to this growing need, a new service is now available in County Roscommon.
Access to Psychological Services Ireland (APSI) is a new integrated service available in Monksland. APSI is a free and confidential service provided to individuals with mental health difficulties who are over the age of 18 with a County Roscommon address. APSI offers brief psychological therapy interventions based on the Cognitive Behaviour Therapy approach.
